Turn One Off and Crank up Another One.

You are usually more than happy to turn off your boiler for a few months at the end of cold or cooler weather if you live in the far Northwest Suburbs of Chicagoland.  You may have already engaged in the annual ritual of turning off your home’s boiler for the summer.  If not, here are some things to remember.

1.  Boilers can actually drain energy during the summer.
2.  Turn it on every few weeks or so for just a bit.
3.  When summer sadly ends don’t forget to have it maintained and tuned-up.

Whatever your situation may be, if you have a boiler in your home and live in or around Elgin always think of Tom’s Plumbing serving the far Northwest Suburbs with expert advice, maintenance, and replacement of your existing boiler.  Check out tomsplumbingservice.com on the web for a myriad of services provided by Tom’s Plumbing.  Just call (847) 697-6444.
