Keeping water running through your pipes can help them not freeze up. Let the faucet trickle a little to keep water flowing.Doing this on the faucet farthest from your water main will help circulate water through long runs and connected fixtures. You can place a bucket under the faucet to save that water.
Also, if you have pipes near exterior walls - space heaters in that area may help.
Opening cabinets under sinks will allow warm room temperature air to warm your pipes a little as well. Set your thermostat to 65 or above.
If you discover a frozen pipe give Tom's Plumbing a call for advice or to have us come out.
Stay Warm!
